About this Cause

Fundraising to Ensure Affordability for all Attendees: Our aim is to offer this 40th Elders and Youth Gathering by donation. In order to achieve this, we are asking for support to cover expenses, such as Elders’ travel, accommodation and meals, rental of group tents, golf carts and other equipment, and other event costs. The costs will be approximately $40,000. Your support will enable all to receive the wisdom of Elder and Youth presenters at the Sunray Peace Village this summer. Please consider donating even if you will not be attending. Any amount large or small will be helpful. If we reach 75% of our goal by April 15th, then we will offer attendance by donation. If not, then there will be registration fees. Whether the goal is reached or not, any donors who give $333 or more will receive a free weekend pass (Fri to Sun) including Zoom access, as our gift of appreciation. A decision will be made in April whether the event will be offered by fee or by donation. Thank you for your support.
